NBA 2K12 – Legends of the Game

August 21, 2011 2 comments

Let’s be real, when it comes to a basketball video game, 2K is far & beyond the best one out there. When was the last time that you heard anyone say that they’re going to go play some NBA Live, really!! 2K has pretty much made NBA Live obsolete. Last year 2K shocked the Sports Video Gaming nation by  by signing the great one himself Micheal Jordan to a multi-year contract to have him grace the cover of their game. 2K11 was insane, with all sorts of Jordan Challenges and past Chicago Bulls teams from the late 80’s and 90’s.  This year for 2K12 they have decided to take it to a whole new level, yes MJ is still in the game and on the cover. Now they’ve also added more legends of the NBA to the game. Also there will be 3 separate covers for the game. Check out the article from DIME MAG from the link below. Here’s a little trailer to hold you for now. NBA 2K12 will be released on October 4th.

How could I not post this video of my 2nd favourite basketball player in the world (if you don’t know who the 1st is then your clearly not focused, i’ll give you a hint: The Black Mamba). Anyhow, since the players have SO much extra time on their hands with the NBA going through a Lock Out KD made an appearance at the world famous Harlem Rucker Park. Let’s just say he made his street presence felt, dropping 66 points including a 4th qtr explosion of long range bombs. Is it me or does he not have some “Mamba” in him, i’m just saying.
